Tailored Strategies to Promote Your Services
River Ride 2025 offers sponsorship categories that will have messaging tailored to the services provided:
Lodging Sponsors: Pre-event email and online marketing establishes you as the preferred lodging partners for the event, making it easy for riders to book overnight accommodations.
Food, Beverage and Retail Sponsors: Promotion through event marketing and the River Ride Interactive Event Guide will guide riders to your location before, during, and after the ride.
Historic Sites, Agribusinesses, and Nonprofits: Location-specific callouts in The River Ride Interactive Event Guide will point riders toward your location during the event.
All sponsors have the option of providing take-home items to go into rider ‘swag bags’ received at registration.

Sponsors have an opportunity to engage with riders from the moment of registration through the entire event weekend. River Ride 2025 offers sponsor promotion through online, signage, and swag branding. In addition, sponsors can engage riders through the event’s interactive route map that literally leads guests to businesses and organizations.
